VIA Rail Canada

If you choose to fly into Toronto, VIA Rail can get you the rest of the way. (However, please note that there is only one train per day between Toronto and Kitchener.)

The route between Toronto’s Union Station and Kitchener Train station (Train 87) takes approximately 140 minutes, and departs from Union Station at 5:40 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12th. Kitchener Train Station is a 9 minute ride from Delta Waterloo. Please note there is a shuttle from Pearson to Union Station.

Unfortunately, there is no route leaving Kitchener after the conference ends on the 15th. The next available train to Toronto is at noon on Sunday, October 16th.

Bus to Waterloo

There are a variety of bus companies serving the Greater Toronto Area. If you are traveling from Ontario, but not from Pearson specifically, you can find a variety of bus routes from destinations in Ontario here.

Those who are traveling from Pearson can look here for Onex Bus’ schedule. Onex offers several departures from Pearson each day, including a bus that arrives at Pearson at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 15th.
